Wear clothes that fit nicely, that you can move around in. Choose solids and simple patterns as well as textures and layers. When dressing an entire family, your color doesn't need to match exactly. Style your family in a neutral, pastel, or earth-toned color palette.

Think about the question, "Where do you want these images to live?" Is there a certain color in your home or office that you'd want your wall art to compliment?

You can bring in jewelry, belts, accessories, etc that bring that pop of color into your photo. The fun thing about layers is that you can take things off or add things and create completely different looks without having to change your clothes. If you want to bring different outfits, go ahead! Just keep in mind the time it takes to change, and how long you've booked. Added time will be invoiced after the session.

Travel over 50 miles from DeLand, FL is billed at .60/mile roundtrip. Any travel over 2 hours away requires a one-night hotel stay in addition to mileage. Any travel over 6 hours away requires airfare and two night hotel stay. Tolls and Parking will be billed after the wedding date, and receipts supplied if needed.

Is there something special that you’d like to incorporate into your session? Possibly a favorite park, a historic downtown street, the beach? Anything can be beautiful from a city street to a garden. Keep in mind the time of day that is best for photography - an hour or two before sunset. Is the location still open? Are there any events going on that might invite crowds? Don’t forget that props, pets, and vehicles are always welcome, if the location allows.

While Koontz Photography doesn't provide props, smoke bombs, or any extra items for your session, I highly encourage you to be creative and go for it! There are several companies out there who can help you plan a great setup for your session. You will be responsible for booking the venue, planner, or other vendors needed.

You also have to plan ahead and be prepared for entry fees or location permits.

Of course! We just suggest bringing a handler along with you who has water, treats, toys, or anything else your pet may need to stay comfortable during our session. It is also your responsibility to check with the location to make sure that pets are allowed.

At the end of the session, I will cull the photos down to the best, post-process them for color, and then send you a link to an online gallery approximately 2 weeks after your session.

Each package comes with a number of digital downloads to get you started so that you can share them on social media with friends and family.

After that downloads and prints are purchased from your online gallery à la carte. Additional time can be added beforehand for an additional fee.
