I met Emina at Rock Your Rebellion Alternative Styled Shoot. If you are a Central FL photographer, or if you travel for styled shoots, you'll have to join us at our next one. Becca is an amazing instructor. Anyway, Emina was at the Flora and Fauna Shoot, and we kept in contact through FB and IG. Emina contacted me to see if I would do some maternity and family photos for her. I suggested taking photos in the same spot that we met, Lake Louisa State Park! 

While it was a busy Sunday evening, we were able to get some gorgeous shots with the oak trees, tall grass, and sandy beaches of the lake. I loved being able to help a fellow photographer capture photos with her in them. As a photographer who is also a mother, 90% of my photos are of my family, with me not in them because I'm always the one taking the photo. It is super important for mothers to make sure that we are IN photos besides selfies. So if you are a partner of a photographer, I implore you to take photos of your partner, even when they aren't looking, or even if they are shy. Just take the photo. It doesn't have to be perfect, we appreciate those who capture the little moments of everyday life.
