In September I photographed one of the last weddings held at Ballroom on Church street before it shut down. If you have never been to a wedding there, you've missed out. The 19th century victorian style venue had floor to ceiling stained glass windows, chandeliers, and outdoor fountain and courtyard, and baby grand piano. I was so happy that Brittany and Roland decided to have their wedding there. Before the ceremony Roland had a first look that he'll never forget. Thinking that he was to have a first look with his soon to be bride, when he turned around he was met instead with his best man in a wig and dress. The day continued with love and laughter as well as a pinkie promise kiss during their vows. During cocktail hour a mariachi band played, and the reception was filled with music and dancing. I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed taking them!
